Todd has over 25 years of finance experience, 19 of which have been in aircraft leasing with ACG and Pacific Life. Todd joined ACG in 2001 and during his career had hands on experience or direct reporting responsibility for every functional area of the company except marketing and legal.  While at ACG, he was the corporate controller for 11 years, headed M&A for 10 years and for the last 5 years headed operations including the technical, engineering and contracts departments.  He has extensive experience in structuring transactions which has included the $2.6B acquisition of Boullioun Leasing, a 10-year tax incentive program with the Singapore government, an 18 aircraft sale with structured debt and a $2B joint venture to raise external equity.  Todd transitioned to ACG’s parent company, Pacific Life, in 2018, where he led several enterprise transformation initiatives.  Todd began his career at KPMG and is a Certified Public Accountant.
